Commemorative Bricks at Merakey Allegheny Valley School

Commemorative Bricks at Merakey Allegheny Valley School

The Commemorative Brick Program is a way to help raise funds for Merakey AVS and to connect in a meaningful way with our supporting community. The Brick Program began in 2010 at the Patricia Hillman Miller Campus, Ladies Hospital Aid Society’s (LHAS) outdoor Sensory Garden. We are expanding the program to now include brick placement at several M/AVS locations.

Recycling cell phones and ink cartridges

Please send your used printer, fax and copier cartridges as well as old cell phones to Kelly Gremba at Merakey AVS.Our organization earns money for the Capital Development Fund simply by recycling these used cartridges and cell phones that were destined for the trash. (Please note that we cannot accept Epson cartridges or cartridges that have already been recycled.) Since 2003, Merakey AVS has received nearly $5,800 from recycling these products! Please forward used ink cartridges and cell phones to Kelly Gremba, Merakey Allegheny Valley School, 1996 Ewings Mill Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108.
